I've been alone for most of my life, one way or another. Gives me more time to think.

I still live with my mother... Half of the house is mine. And my name's on the deed.

I think it sounds rather interesting...

I've been living by myself in the last 5 years, and I have to say it's been nice.
Don't need to worry about the noise you make, what you eat, what you watch, you do what you want, when you want it.
The TV's yours, no "buts" or "ifs" about it, the PC's yours as well, no need to hide your pr0n... :P

Got my 32'' flatscreen tv and home movie system this weekend.
Man, such an improvement over watching widescreen movies, and since I barely watch TV anymore, the drawbacks are worth it.
I went for the 32'' because I didn't want to have to buy a new entertainment center... My TV's 1/2 an inch too wide... so I'll have to buy a new entertainment center... :madashell:
Although I found a way to "extend" the supporting shelf for the moment... so I can still enjoy my TV... :D
The truth always depends on which side of the fence you're standing... ;)

I liove in an Apartment building, with my TV wall being made with "cement blocks"... :)
Plus, I don't have much space on that wall, on account of the "book" shelf filled with DVDs, my entertainmant center comprising two towers connected toghether by three shelves 31'' apart, towers which are filled with my nice dinnerware, and... you guessed it... more DVDs...

So I will need to buy a new entertainment center no more then, say, 35'' wide, with additionnal storing places for my DVDs, existing and upcoming...

Unfortunately, no. Different college under CUNY - he's at "City College" in Manhattan.

I lived alone in Buffalo, it was really depressing. Buffalo is depressing. So I moved in with Stitch and Co. Of course it was just Stitch and Princess then.

Now I am ready to try living on my own again. 8)

It's a 32'' TV... The worst that can happen is a broken nose, a few teeth knocked loose and a splitting headache... Hhhmm, come to think of it, I'll leave it as it is, it's safer for me...

... Having something fall on you like that should cause a bit more than that. Just leave it as is.

Not mine. My 32" widescreen, flat-screen TV is a CRT model, and weighs about 300 lbs. Worth it, though - in HD especially, the picture quality of CRT over LCD or plasma is still noticeable.

Update on the new place............It's gonna come nearly completely unfurnished. All I can take from this place is what is mine, meaning both my computers, both TVs, DVDs, Xbox, clothes/personals, and a bed.

Be the emptiest friggin' place you ever seen for a couple of weeks.
