Was that a cheat or just an option? I can't remember. I left it on at all times though.
I loved Academy. Could customize your character and lightsaber, it was fun, non-linear, and I had a lightsaber from day one. An option besides one saber. I wish they'd make an up to date Jedi Knight game. With modern visuals and AI it could be amazing.

I'm not sure it was a cheat, because I never use cheats, and last time I played, I was dis-arming people left and right, cut off a StormTrooper's leg off, etc...Rochey wrote:There was a cheat you could use in Jedi Academy that allowed you to chop of limbs, heads, cut people in half, etc. Quite fun

Maybe it wasn't a cheat, I can't remember too well.
Yeah, JK:JA was the best of that series. Lots of fun.

I used to like using force pull on JK1 to take stormtroopers' weapons, then watch them run around like morons.

Force choke -> walk to the edge of a chasm -> Hold them over it -> release force choke
As for the latest, making myself stop screwing around with the supporting documents and getting back to writing chapter 4 where building the characters and introductions starts to give way to the central plot.

When I played light side on JK1, I decided to do a run-though of the whole game while killing as few people as possible.
It was remarkably difficult.

I've never played a Star Wars game through purely light side. I've always skirted the edge of going Dark Side or went all the way. I wanna leave a wake of chopped up, smoking, broken bodies behind me.

That's what I normally do. Not killing everything in sight was a heck of a challenge.Tyyr wrote:I've never played a Star Wars game through purely light side. I've always skirted the edge of going Dark Side or went all the way. I wanna leave a wake of chopped up, smoking, broken bodies behind me.

Same here. Sorry, but being evil is so much more fun.

And they're snappier dressers. The whole beige robe thing is just not working for me.

Ever play Knights of the Old Republic? Try and tell me Bastilla's outfit after she goes Dark side isn't a quantum leap over the stuff she wears to begin with.
