To Tyyr and other writers here: are you concerned about copyright issues at all? I'd be interested in posting some stuff here in the (near) future, but I'm a little bit paranoid about putting it on the Internet.

Unless you actualy plan on publishing the material as a book at a later date, I see no reason to worry about it. My own stuff was written just for my own entertainment.
I should try and get my fics back on track this summer...

Besides, with the number of Trek fics out there I doubt they could stop it if they wanted too.

Ten minutes after the internet was born the first porn site went up. Three minutes later the first trek fanfic was posted.

You were able to do calculus while holding dumbells???

I'va always hated math, but somehow always had a knack for it.
Never applied myself enough to be head of the class, but just enough to pass.
Although in college, even my half-hearted efforts were sufficient for me to obtain grades much hicher then the group average.
In a session which saw 4 different teachers go by in the class, the general average was 59, I got 75 (while barely faigning an interest for the last exam of the session, worth 25% of the total grade... :)

I've always erred more on the side of english, drama and the humanities subjects (geography, history and RE). I enjoy them all as well

And two minutes after that someone declared that the E-D could beat a Star Destroyer.

I'm sure someone in like manner would claim the Millennium Falcon could defeat a Borg tactical cube.
