see, here its more like:

Jocks: Sports heads

Nerds/Geeks: do I really need to explain (look around the forum we'd all fit here based on our being here )

Preps: trendy

Goth/Emo: same

Skaters: skaters are similar to wanna-be-gang-bangers, and are usually into drugs (the ones of preference usually being chewing tobacco, and pot

WBGB: like skaters but they can't even skate/board...they're just into the drugs.

"posers": is a generic term regarding to anyone that is tryig to fit into a group they don't really fit into...it's mostly used with skaters as the Posers would be people that tag along but can't skate and aren't actually into drugs...most other groups are supprisingly more accommidating in assimilating in these people.

every one else.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Jocks.
Reliant121 wrote:Boffin/Nerdy: no explanation needed.
Nerds are nerds.
Reliant121 wrote:Goth/Emo: hated by everyone for some reason for being different.
Same as here.
Reliant121 wrote:Trendy: into latest fashions, often a bit stuck up.
Sounds like Preppies to me.
Reliant121 wrote:Scene: mixes Emo with fashionable. This is where most of the "gay" guys will be found, or at least feminine. I am probably in this group.
Weird, I don't recall an equivalent group here.
Reliant121 wrote:Plastic: Trying to be trendy, very fake or doll like. Speaks in that annoying high OH MAI GAWD way.
Valley girls? Pretty much fell into the "Preppie" category here.
Reliant121 wrote:Everyone else: Dont fit into a group really.
So, you guys don't have many headbangers/metalheads, I guess. :? Of course, you don't have Kickers either.

headbangers and metalheads etc tend to sort of be shunted into the Emo and Goth group, as they are normally interlinked. they form the umbrella of "alternative". "mosher" or something like that to the chavs that cant pronounce alternative.

Huh. We used to be our own group. People into Marylin Manson, Type O Negative, etc were Goth, and I don't think Emo was really around yet. Well, that's progress for ya. :)

I don't think I or my friends would've fit into Goth, though... Are there any violent groups of Goth or Emo kids who beat up Chavs and Trendies?

Erm...Goths and emos. There just tend to be groups of them that are violent against chavs etc. But they aren't grouped differently

I know it might seem odd, but most of our "cliques" were based around musical taste and fashion.

I listened to a lot of different types of music back then, but my primary type was metal, and I dressed a bit like this:

I don't think we really fit into either category; but again, it was fifteen years ago.

Clothes and music is same to a certain extent. But most metal fans tend to be goth styled or something. they all hang together, cause there are so few goths/emos and metal-heads they group together to have numbers.

When I went to school there were only two groups. Those who wore school uniform and those who got detention and were sent home. :)

There is something to be said for uniforms.

Then the difference in musical taste and "culture" come into play.

Uniform doesnt always work. School bags, coats, shoes, accessories. they can all tell each other apart and they arent regulated. bags are only uniformed by there size. If they can hold an A4 book, they are allowed.

We're seriously looking at moving me again, to Brune Park. my school lost a load of my coursework, ignored my Peer mentor request, dont actually teach in science (plopped in front of a text book and told to get on with it)... And looking at Brune Parks teaching from a student, and i trust Sam completely, it looks to be so much better than ours. And i aint saying this just to be in his school either.

My external hard drive wont work, and I had my whole itunes library on there. So I hope it starts working soon, otherwise, that would totally suck.

I hope that I'm safe by having my library in triplicate (laptop, EHD and iPod).
