It does :)

although, unlike that, and almost all WWII games ever, it's not impossible to reload midclip. You either stick more rounds into the internal mag, or cycle it till they all come out.. .its not hard, and only takes a couple seconds... sill game makers :P

I think that's probably a question of game mechanics rather than realism.

Kinda looks like part of the Grand Canyon to me, but then, most of the Rockies looks a lot like that, so it could be Colorado... or any one of a half-dozen other states.

Taft Point at Yosemite Park. I think it is about 3000 feet straight down.

From one website: Hazards: The dropoff at Taft Point is steep, and a fall would be not just fatal, but squish-you-like-a-bug fatal. The fall is so far that your friends, waving their teary goodbyes and hoping you didn't have the only set of car keys, would lose sight of you before you reached the ground. So be careful.

They would lose sight of you... that rocks!

A pic of the same place from a website:

Sweet. I never made it to Yosemite when I lived in Cali. Looks pretty awesome, and certainly on a similar scale to the Grand Canyon if it's 3,000 feet to the bottom.

Top to bottom maybe, but it is not nearly as wide, and no where near as long... Amazing none the less.

Me neither. That's a few dozen metres too close for my liking.

Aw, come on. Barring a large wind gust, rock slide or some dirt in your eye at an inopportune moment, what could go wrong?

Or a hawk mistaking your nikes for a pair of voles, or the occasional rattlesnake, or backing up too far to take a picture, or...
