When we had about 2 inches of snow on the roads down here, everyone quite literally drove at about 5 miles per hour. Its because we are so unused to doing the drive, its mad. It used to be different. My mum was used to driving in about 8 inches of snow one summer, and she did it in a falling apart Renault 5

I once saw it snow briefly in May of junior year of high school. Right outside my ROTC class' windows. It was... interesting, to say the least.

And I now have a migraine...

Brewed a lovely Scotch Ale on Superbowl Sunday, and I'm getting ready to bottle it, likely on Tuesday. The anticipation is killing me =P

Do you lager your beers for a few weeks after bottling them? I always did - even the hoppy ales like my IPA's - and I find that it really mellows out the flavor.

That happenned to me last year, the wierd thing was that it was like 65*F out. The snow would fall, and then melt into water a few meters above the ground. It was wierd.

Hi everyone.

In current news...
Remember that ticket I got early in the year. Well, they never got the check. :x
And school is a pain; my Technical Drawing homework this week took ~six hours to complete. And my hand hated my afterwards.
And I got stuck my first time last week, parallel parking on frozen slush is a bad idea. So is trying to park at 7AM when the sun is straight ahead. Also got myself out in a minute. No problem.

And so ends the Stitch report.
No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

Hmm, cool. I'm not sure if the snow ever touched down or not. It just blew around a bit.

Once they're bottled, I let them sit at about 60 degrees in the basement for a week or two, then refrigerate.

Well gang, Friday at work, one of the girls in my new department got fired for making personal phone calls, excessive absences, and tardiness. And I guess they won't be replacing her. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing. She'd been there for six years, and just got the axe out of nowhere.
