Well I don't know to much about the situation and I really dont want to rain on your parade. but you said your uncle and aunt were trying to screw you out of the money or house. Maybe they contacted your Dad or something. I hope it all turns out for the best, just be careful.

I haven't seen the guy for three years or so, and they had no way to contact him; he called them and left his number. It really is a convoluted mess between them and him, and my mom, from before I was even born. I think he really just called them out of the blue; it's his style.

Thanks, though, man. It's pretty cool that I have someone halfway across the planet that I consider a friend; a friend that can be an objective observer, and give solid advice. :)

And, I am always careful.

shouldn't 5x15x3=225m3
No. Ian was calculating area on each of three floors. If each floor had the same area, then the total living space would be 3(area on one floor)

Mark - I do hope it turns out better (those incentives can mean a good deal,) and remember: in this business especially, if you're not taking advantage of opportunities, you're falling behind.

I appreciate the words of wisdom Mikey........I'll keep trying to grab those opportunities. They're rare enough these days.

I hear there's porn hidden somewhere in the thread. You better go back and read through it all. :P

personally, I'd say to go to page (I believe) 43 of the babes/hunks thread. You will notice what I refer to by the eyes.

No, we have three floors in the house, each the same size as the other ( strange that :) ). So that's 5 x 15 on one floor, 5 x 15 on the second floor and 5 x 15 on the top floor. For it to be a volume the house would have to be only 3m high :)

Or 15 m x 15 m x 1 m tall.

Or it could be 3m wide x 3m deep x 25 m high and have the same volume, or more extreme, 1.5 x 1.5 x 100 m. Which would be worse? :)
