I can deal with minor differences as well but from what we have seen, these are anything but. They have completely changed so much of it that it is as much Star Trek as Enterprise was and if everyone remembers they did the decent thing when they first launched that series and left Star Trek out of the Title since the only thing it had to do with any other Trek was the odd term that they tossed around, even though the term wasn't supposed to have been created for a couple hundred years.
Indeed, it'd be smart to ignore Enterprise, since trying to achieve continuity with ENT and the rest of Trek - which could well have occurred in entirely different universes since they were so dissimilar - 1) is just nigh impossible, and 2) would surely create an even bigger mess if attempted. From the standpoint of continuity, any other prequel should pretend ENT never aired.

Am I the only one really concerned about the uniforms? Shouldn't they be wearing the The Cage - Where No Man Has Gone Before uniforms? Why would Starfleet commission one uniform, then replace it, then switch back, and then switch back again?
I had heard good things about this movie and that Abrams was going to respect Star Trek's continuity and legacy, but I'm beginning to have serious second thoughts after the uniform issue and the appearance of the bridge.
One of my biggest concerns is this: Is it a reboot or not?
It seems like they're trying to walk a tightrope between the two, to keep old fans in (i.e. inclusion of Lenoard Nimoy, presumably whatever references to canon are included), yet the apparently disregard for what has been established about the Star Trek universe suggests that it is a reboot.
Which is it? They need to make up their mind, or i WILL be a canon nazi and tear apart the movie while I'm watching it.

I'd like to see a poll on startrek.com about what people think about ignoring ENT.

But they never will since they dont like ragging on one of their own series.

Isn't ENT hated by like 99% of all Trek fans, anyway?

Pretty much. But startrek.com is run by Paramount and is just there to make money, they arent going to allow one of theirs potential money earners to be bad mouthed.

I wonder what the general reaction to the movie will be, among casual Trek fans.

It's gotten a bit complicated recently, actually. According to these links, Paramount is a subsidiary of Viacom, which used to be CBS (or had taken over CBS in 1999) until the companies split in 2006 into CBS Corporation, which owns CBS, the TV station, and Viacom, which owns Paramount Pictures (each owns many other things as well). However, BOTH companies (Viacom and CBS Corp) are owned by a third company, National Amusements. :Q

In general, I'm willing to accept some degree of cosmetic changes as long as the general continuity of the universe is respected. So, the bridge looks like a 1986 Manhattan living room. Meh.

After looking at the pics again, I have to admit, I'm digging the darker colored uniforms.

Or the hot little thing playing Uhura?

You are right, though, that the uniforms do look better.
