not a worst one, there would be no poll, it'd be a unanamous decision:RK_Striker_JK_5 wrote:I'd still like to see a worst captain's decision series, like the best decision one.
Janeway blowing up the Caretakers Array
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Re: Weekly Poll
Can't get much worse then that one. Although I'm not too fond of Picard's decision to drop the cloak after the E-D escaped from inside the asteroid in "The Pegasus", either. Why not just slip away and leave Tomalak sitting there for days waiting for a signal? The amusement value alone would have been worth it.

Re: Weekly Poll
When they got back to Starbase Wherever, they could have hailed him and said "What are you still doing there?" or something. That's the sort of thing Kirk would have done.
Re: Weekly Poll
Not sure it was Tomalok in that episode - shame, he's a great character.
I was watching the Opinionated Voyager Episdoe Review site's review of "The Caretaker" last night - its great. I especially love the bit with the tricorders

*about half a dozen Starfleet officers crowd together, all with their tricorders out*
"Hey, hey, can we get some more tricorders over here? I think we missed an atom!"
Love that site.

Janeway blowing up the Caretakers Array
One week, Kirk. Then Picard, followed by Sisko, Janeway and then Archer. Then we take the winners and match them up.

Re: Weekly Poll
I think it's still safe to say that Janeway would win the question of the ultimate stupid move, though.

We've discussed it enough to get a concenses on how we on the forum feel, BUT, those not participating, who knows? They may or may not have different opinions.

Re: Weekly Poll
And what's the concensus, that Janeway's the dumbest of them all? Yeah, natch, but come on. The other four have had their 'hall of shame' moments as well.

Re: Weekly Poll
I doubt there will be much competiton is the stupid decision contest.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.
