Me? At a ST roleplaying site called ussporthos.org I've actually posted the full size shot of this pic in the arts and design forum, under starship pics. ussporthos.org has some great "speculative" (ie made up and original ships). trekmania.net is really good too.

Recipe: SOVEREIGN CLASS STARSHIP

Ingredients:
- Galaxy class comfort
- Prometheus class speed
- Defiant class toughness
- Excelsior class venerability
- Constitution class good looks
- Other stuff that makes the ship look and feel darned cool
- Anti-Family Vaccine

Method:
Mix it all up and pass to John Eaves to get the design right.

It's got some nice accomodations, but no where near the Galexy class, it was the 24th centuries equivlent of a luxury liner.

I think the Sovereigns comfort and internal styling was quite amiable, not like a 5 star hotel suite, but still pretty good. I liked the style, it had the clean and well-cut edges of a Galaxy, but somehow had the cool, more utilitarian aspects of a combat ship.

The Sov was cushy enough, but nowhere near GCS levels.

Can someone find the production drawings for the original GCS bridge? I want to laugh at the coffee tables again.

Gene Roddenberry's original idea for what the E-D's bridge should've been. It made the end result look positively spartan.

The Liberator's Bridge on Blake's 7 had a table, and some very comfy looking chairs. For a band of terrorists trying to overthrow Earth, while being hunted down by an entire space fleet, they were rather laid back.
