A coffee substitute created by Neelix. When real coffee ran out of Voyager during their trip back from the delta quadrant, Neelix created a substitute, which he hoped would satisfy the crew. It was made from a protein rich delta quadrant seed. He admitted that it had a stranger blend than coffee and even he felt that it had an unusual taste and a viscosity that was almost goopy. [1]
