Ktarian Eggs

NotesImages
Food List
Universe : Prime Timeline
Name : Ktarian Eggs [1]

Large orange and red eggs, which are green on the inside. Ktarian eggs were the favourite of Antonia, Admiral Kirk's girlfriend in 2284, and he prepared them for her scrambled when he told her of his decision to come out of retirement and return to Starfleet in that year. [1]

Starfleet Dr. Ezekiel Fisher noted that Ktarian eggs are lower in cholesterol than Earth chicken eggs, and contain many vitamins and minerals. Commodore Reyes, however, rated their flavour as extremely unpalatable. [2]
