Body Count :
Technically there are no casualties in this episode as it is set many centuries in the future. In the various flashbacks Voyager kills zillions of innocents, but these are false. In the somewhat more reliable EMH reconstruction, the Kyrians kill three engineers on Voyager.

Plotline

When a backup copy of Voyagers EMH is activated centuries in the future, he must convince a troubled society that Janeway was not a militaristic fascist who began a war that almost destroyed them.
