Plotline

The senior officers go off on a mission away from the ship and the ship has a temporary Captain who turns out to be an old Starfleet friend Mariner. Boimler is sent to a Starfleet medical ship after a transporter accident puts him "out of phase" and begins to think that those on the ship have been sent away to hide Starfleets failures. Tendi makes a friend, litterally.
