Plotline
When senior officer find out that the lower decks crew have been builing in "buffer time" into their work estimates the captain new edict bans the practice, this has the crew running ragged as they try to keep up with their tightened schedules. Mariner and Ransom's antaganism comes to a head during an away mission.
