Title : Cause and Effect Rating : 5
Writers : Brannon Braga Year : 2368
Review : The story is well written and unusual. It is very exciting to watch for the first time, but it is still good even after watching it again. The cameo by Kelsey Grammer is a nice touch. Did you know that the writing staff originally wanted Kirstie Alley as Saavik to appear on the Bozeman but the couldn't because of schedule conflicts? Suspenseful, mysterious and unpredictable, words that describe "Cause and Effect". A must see. Good job Brannon and Jonathan!
Title : The Drumhead Rating : 4
Writers : Jeri Taylor Year : 2367
Review : A spin on the "Salem Witch Hunts", "The Drumhead" is a chilling tale of how one can become so possessed by paranoia that it causes you to lose your morals. The story was solid and flowing. It is especially frightning when Admiral Satie starts accusing Picard of sabatoging his own ship. Can you believe that!! A great episode and a good story. Watch it and see what you think of it.
