Review : | Although this novel is shorter than the first in the trilogy, which focuses on McCoy, "The Fire and the Rose" gives a deep look into the (dare I say) soul of Spock, as well as fill in the gaps between ST: The Undiscovered Country and his appearance in TNG. I'm not sure that the character of Spock is as deeply tormented as David George portrays him, but it certainly is a good read. | ||
